Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Today is my dad's 60th birthday, and Noah couldn't wait to tell him Happy Birthday this morning! Well...it took him a little while to wake up as you can tell by the first picture, but after that, he was ready to wish him a great day. Happy 60th Birthday Grandpa and we can't wait to see you this weekend!

Good morning, sunshine!

I've really been blessed in that Noah is such a good sleeper....for the most part, he's been sleeping through the night since he was about 2 months. And by that I mean, if left alone he will usually sleep from 8:00pm to 8 or 9:00am with only one feeding during the night. But since I've started back to work, I have to wake him up every morning around 6:30, which you'd think would make someone cranky (I know it does me). But every morning, after I wake him up and after he eats, we usually have a few minutes to play and get him dressed and he's in just the best mood ever. It's by far my favorite time of the day with him. He talks to me and blows spit bubbles and laughs and I hate to leave him, but then it's time to take him to Miss Tracy's house for the day, which he also loves by the way. This morning he was kicking and laughing while I was getting him dressed in what Grandpa would call his "prison outfit". And I thought he was too cute not to share...

Go Hogs!

So yesterday was big Hogs vs. Ole Miss football game and Noah got all dressed up to root on the Razorbacks! Unfortunately, we must not have cheered hard enough because they lost, but he still looked cute anyway! Maybe by the time Noah's big enough to play football, the Hogs will be good again....

Earlier in the afternoon we drove out to Elkins to see daddy's deer stand and look at the deer pictures from his camera. Noah didn't really like the car ride to get out there because he was ready to get out and play! But as soon as we got there, he was happy to be outside and see what it would be like to go hunting with dad one day. Just a few more years and he'll be up in that stand too!

After our trip, we went to our next-door neighbor's house for a birthday party. So it was a really big day! It must have really worn little man out, because he was exhausted....good night, Noah!

Once upon a time...

Ok...so I'm totally new to this blogging thing, but I figure I'll give it a try and we'll see how it goes. I can't promise I'll update this thing very frequently, but I get points for at least trying right? So a little history to get you caught up, our family started with Jeff and Karen when we got married in 2002 (which means we've been married for 6 years now and no, I can't figure out where the time has gone).

Then we added Princess Bellissimo, or Belle as we call her, to our family a year later. And yes, she truly thinks she is a princess. A couple of years later, we adopted Patch, and he's the clown of the family. Until this year, they were our only "kids".

And just this year in July, our most special addition yet....Noah Parker Morrison! He's truly our pride and joy and every day with him is more fun than the last. He's growing so fast, he's already 3 months old! So here are some pictures from the last 3 months...
